Program promotion and awareness campaign.

Participation registration deadline.  Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours.  Organizations will then receive an invoice within 15 days (if applicable). Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. This is also the last day to withdraw from the program if needed without having to pay the withdraw fee.

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is October 26th. Nonprofits that need access codes will also request them via this portal (online option only).

Deadline to submit your nonprofit’s list of employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without workplace-issued email addresses (online option only).

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered nonprofits.

If applicable, paper version of the employee survey and postage-paid return envelopes are sent to the primary contact at participating nonprofits for distribution (paper option only).

November 9, 2012

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email (online option only).

November 28, 2012

Deadline for all paper versions of the employee survey (paper option only).

December 7, 2012

Deadline for all online versions of the employee survey (online option only).

January 2013

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.

February 2013

The BCG Employee Feedback Reports (if purchased) are sent to participating organizations.

April 2013

The "Best NonProfit Organizations to Work for" list is published by The NonProfit Times.

May 2013

The "Best NonProfit Organizations to Work for" Employee Benchmark Report is sent to those nonprofits that purchased the Employee Feedback Report. The FREE BCG Employer Benchmark Summary is emailed to all participating nonprofits at this time.
